Workforce & Transition Pipeline:
We are scaling our capacity to provide industry-recognized credentials and paid internship stipends. Your investment covers the direct costs of certification fees and transportation—removing the final financial barriers between our participants and a living-wage career.
The Creative Technology Lab:
Digital literacy is a prerequisite for the modern economy. We are expanding our multimedia recording studio into a full-service Creative Tech Hub. Funding supports the acquisition of industry-standard equipment and the hiring of professional mentors to guide students in digital storytelling and technical production.
Environmental Justice & Green Jobs:
We are preparing our youth for the emerging Green Economy. Through strategic community partnerships, we connect students to career pathways in urban sustainability and environmental advocacy, ensuring diverse voices lead the future of our planet.
