INTEGRATED WELLNESS & BARRIER REMOVAL

At YESPhilly, we recognize that academic success is only possible when a young person’s basic needs and emotional well-being are met. Our independently-funded wellness team provides intensive, trauma-informed support that bridges the gap between life’s challenges and graduation.

mental health & case management

Our Wellness Team, led by our Program Counselor, provides more than just academic scheduling. We offer individual therapeutic support, positive behavioral intervention, and strategic referrals. Through our extensive nonprofit network, we connect participants with specialized resources for housing, psychiatric care, and parental support.

They strive to support our students emotionally and practically, with resources and partnerships with outside programs. YESPhilly participants can meet with:

  • Ms. Leslie Davis Counselor

  • PCOP counselors

  • ELECT counselors

If you would like to contact our Wellness Team, please email Ms. Leslie at ldavis@yesphilly.org.
