YESPhilly is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving as a critical strategic intervention for Philadelphia’s young adults. We specialize in re-engaging 'Opportunity Youth' (ages 16–24) through a non-traditional diploma pathway that bridges the gap to economic mobility. We deliver this through four core pillars:
Academic Recovery: Accelerated, project-based learning tailored to resilient learners.
Workforce Readiness: Industry-recognized credentialing and paid internship placements.
Media & Entrepreneurship: A state-of-the-art multimedia studio and business lab where students become creators.
Holistic Support: Trauma-informed counseling and transition coaching that traditional systems lack.
